Beth Heffron, LAc*

Beth HeffronAcupuncture - License #444

Beth Heffron received a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College in Santa Monica, CA and has been blessed to train and study with some of the leading practitioners in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed by the Georgia Composite Medical Board.

Beth believes in an integrative and patient-centered approach to medicine, respecting what both western and eastern practices offer and how often we benefit much more when they are working together. She continues to study the benefits of acupuncture for mental health and has a great affinity for what acupuncture and herbs can do to relieve the stresses of everyday life that can build and lead to anxiety, depression, insomnia and other health issues.  For many, hitting the pause button on life is not a reality.  But a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly acupuncture treatment is and the effects can be truly life-changing.

Beth's path to becoming a mother of four has given her a greater understanding of the support women could use during all stages of their pregnancies, from conception to postpartum care. Beth loves working with women (and their husbands!) on their journey to motherhood using herbs and acupuncture for fertility, whether that be providing care and support to prepare for a natural conception or through the process of Assisted Reproductive Technology. She has experience working with expectant moms through the various ups and downs of morning sickness, heartburn, fatigue, back aches, and labor prep.
