Corinne brings together her extensive Qi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, and internal alchemy knowledge with her study of yoga and Asian Bodywork to bring her students the ancient internal martial arts practices for improving health and increasing the quality of life. Her passion is to introduce these ancient healing practices to people so they can experience radical health improvement. She is an intuitive and highly skilled healer and teacher with a deep knowledge of the body and its internal energy patterns. She applies her deep knowledge of the body and its energy pathways, to unblock and release stagnation of Qi energy, balancing and encouraging its natural flow. She brings humor and depth to her students, gently adapting her approach based on the students’ needs.
Corinne is certified in Asian Bodywork (ASM 2003) with national certification (NCBTMB 2004). She is certified in External Qi Healing by Chi for Longevity (2006). She is a certified Senior Tai Chi and Qi Gong Instructor by Chi for Longevity (2004, 2008, and 2010) and a Certified Yoga Instructor (Sivananda Yoga 2002). She is a 26th generation Long Men Pai (Dragon Gate Sect) Daoist initiate (2006, 2007). She has received Daoist Priest training (2009, 2013). She is a founding and Board member of the Daoist Association USA, Inc. (DaoUSA 2011-present). She has been a student of yoga since 1973 and of Daoist Healing Practices since 2002. Corinne also spent a year in China refining her skills and won Gold at the 5th International Wudang Tai Chi Competition in China (2011).
