Lillian Morgan-Lewis MA*, RCP*

Lillian Morgan-LewisMindfulness Meditation Teacher

Lillian has been practicing Kriya Yoga, a contemplative form of meditation since 1998. She has trained in and works from three forms of mindfulness meditation: Cognitive Based Compassion Training (CBCT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Unified mindfulness (for active engagement in everyday activities). Lillian has been certified as a Medical Qi Gong Practitioner and Level 1 Qi Gong Instructor in 8 Brocade and 5 Elements (Traditional Chinese medicine energy exercises) by the Rising Lotus Qi Gong Institute.

Lillian is also a Certified Practitioner of The Reconnection, a life changing form of energy healing, that is practiced globally. She holds a Masters degree from Northern Illinois University and is a retired hospice chaplain, bereavement counselor and artist educator. Her teacher trainer certification for Unified Mindfulness is currently in progress. Lillian has collaborated with various professionals including psychologist and other therapists bringing her unique form of mindfulness meditation and Qi Gong to clients who struggle with stress and anxiety. She is available to teach beginning and intermediate level clients. Additionally, she provides services to clients requesting TheReconnection and/or Reconnective Healing.

Lillian is a life-long learner and empath whose passion lies in service to others and who has been consciously on the spiritual path since the 1970's, having traveled to many sacred sites around the world including China, Tibet and Egypt. She shares the message of mindfulness, meditation and energy healing because these practices have been life transforming for her—she recognizes a need in our culture to share the benefits of living in the now moment by offering processes that have been proven to reduce stress and to minimize runaway thoughts.
