Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Michael has been a longtime yoga practitioner and has his Sivananda Yoga Teacher Certification. He has over 16 years of Martial Arts training, holding black belts in both Tae Kwan Do and Jujitsu.
Beginning in 2000, Michael studied Tai Chi with Hiep Trinh. Through Hiep, Michael has received thorough training in both Chen and Yang styles of Tai Chi. The forms which he has learned include Yang 24 and 108, as well as Basic Chen and Cannon Fist Forms.
