Susan Hills

Susan Hills Mind/Body Yoga Teacher

Susan began practicing yoga in 1999. After many of life's twists and turns, she completed her 200-hour certification with the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies in Atlanta in 2018. Her training program focused on the therapeutic benefits and applications of yoga.

During her training, Susan discovered trauma-sensitive yoga and immediately knew she wanted to make this practice accessible to her students. She then went on to complete Holle Black’s advanced training program Trauma: Healing with Tantra Hatha Yoga. Susan is currently working on Level 1 teacher training with Warriors at Ease and focused on bringing trauma-sensitive and adaptive yoga to men and women in the military.

Her light-hearted approach to teaching encourages students to explore shapes in a safe way.
