At DHA, we offer a wide variety of classes. Learn more about each of our class options:
UPDATE: Decatur has issued a stay-at-home order until April 7 or until further notice. In-person appointments are suspended. Classes will be held online through the Zoom app. Registration through our website or the MindBody App is required.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
Out of caution for our community and society at large, we have made the difficult decision to suspend in-person classes and all of our in-person services until further notice:
- There will be no in-person group classes at the studio until further notice. Live streaming classes are available through the Zoom App starting March 29.
- All members or class card holders will get extended time on your card or membership. For example, if you are a member with a massage service that hasn't been used in March, we will roll it into April. We care about you and appreciate your business! No one will lose time or services due to this crisis.
We will need to adjust day by day and evaluate what is best for our students, teachers, and the community.
